I placed my order on April 20th, and it's May 3rd and the STATUS has been like this for over two weeks 1 item(s) - order at warehouse in process of shipping

I appreciate you reaching out to us about your order and I am sorry to hear that it was taking so long to get the order sent to you.  I did take a look at the order by using your email address which was registered with the forums and it looks like it did ship recently.

 

The product itself was from our expanded online assortment which means it may take longer to process.  According to the tracking information, it’s been estimated to arrive on May 9th.  You should have received an email containing the tracking information and if not, please let me know.
