I've been going through the same problem. When i check my order status it says in "order at warehouse in process of shipping. " Its been this way for 3 days now..That in the world? So i called customer support to find out whats going on and they told me it usually takes 3-5 buisness days just for the thing to ship. And to think i paid for the exspress shipping. It was supposed to arrive today (which it didnt). I was so excited to get it today and now im just ticked off cause on Bestbuy.com it dosent say anything about it taking my desktop tower 3-5 days just to ship.

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forums and I apologize that you have had to wait this long for your order, when you were hoping to receive it a lot sooner. I know that it can be disappointing to hear it is going to be more time to process.
Using the email address you registered on our forums, I did locate the order and it looks like it was an order from our expanded online assortment, which means it can take 2-5 business days before it ships. I apologize if this was not made clear when ordering; it is located on the product page under the model name and SKU. Since it was ordered on Friday, the latest it would ship would be the end of this week, but I certainly hope it ships a lot sooner.
If you don’t see a shipping notification by then, please let me know so I can look into it. Again, I am sorry for this inconvenience and if you have any questions, please let me know.

Order status is still the same and still havent received my computer. Still says "Order at warehouse in process of shipping." I just wish someone could tell whats going on that i dont already know. I orederd it last friday and payed expediate shipping. i understand it takes 2-5 days just to ship and ive been patient since then but my order status hasnt changed. i would of thought it would have atleast started shipping yesterday or today. If someone can tell me something that i dont already know i would highly appreciate it.

Its been 6 days now and my order status hasnt changed can a BBY MOD tell me something i dont know? Please this is getting redicolous my order was supposed to be here on the 17th.
