Oh man, i thought I was the only one. I also had an order from yesterday being sent to an old address. I just randomly checked the status of the order this morning, and saw that it was being shipped to an address I moved away from months ago. I called this morning to customer service, and stayed on hold for over a half hour. I had to work, so I got off of that line. Then I started to write an email in their customer service email form. But after I hit submit, the screen goes blank, and nothing comes up saying that it was sent or anything like that. I also dont remember seeing anything about my old address when I was making the order yesterday. And when I check my account info, it also says that both my billing and shipping addresses are the same, and up to date. I cant understand how my old address got on there either. I called just a few minutes ago, and decided to sit and wait for a while on hold, in the hopes of talking to someone. But now, once I am on hold, the phone goes silent. There is like maybe 1 minute of their promos and music, and then just dead silence. But my phone says its still on the line. I dont know what is going on over there, but its so frustrating. I tried the email thing, and calling today several times.
