This seems to be a theme. A month after ordering and being charged our fridge is sitting in the store six minutes from our house. We were supposed to receive it over a week ago. Tomorrow will be 3rd delivery attempt and 3rd day off from work.
I wish I could fit it in my Prius... but that just isn't possible. Time to take another day off from work... Spread the word - don't buy appliances from Best Buy because they don't have the capability to get them to customers!!!

They even pulled the same thing - telling me it was a special order item that was not marked as special order . It says "Add to Cart" - not "Special Order" (Model: FGHT1844KF).
