Best buy has done the same thing to me. They approved me for a credit card with a limit of 1150. I spent a little over 1000 dollars on speakers, amp, radio, and box. They approved my order and I choose the Express shipping. It has been 3 days and my order is still "in process". I emailed customer service and they say they are vaildating information about my order. Why did I pay for Express shipping which made my order double, when they won't even ship it. This is my first time buying anything at best buy and I had heard good things, but this has made me rethink my decision to buy from them.

Order fulfilment and order processing dont count as a way to expeditie your order. Your order will arrive in the shipment method you specified once your item has been packaged and ready to ship.

So why is taking so long to process. When I ordered it said express shipping 1 day for process 1 day for shipping. So actually your wrong because Express does include order fulfillment and process.

Why is your paypal unverified then? If its not verified, they need to take additional steps to prevent fraud and what not.

My paypal is verified. I contacted customer service by phone and they told me that they could not understand why my order hadn't been shipped yet, but they would make sure it was sent today. Hopefully it will be.

No I haven't yet. Best Buy didnt get my order out yesterday, so im hoping they will Monday morning. I understand that they have many orders to fill, but I am pretty disappointed that even after my complain they still are making me pay for the express shipping. The express shipping doubled my order, but i was hoping to get it ASAP! I guess my time frame and their time frame didn't match up, so im still waiting patiently. Thank you to everyone for their concern, hopefully soon i will have positive things to say about Best Buy.

While you do state the times listed on our Shipping Costs & Timing page it does have a lot more information than that for you to base your shipping time on. For instance: "You can see an item's estimated arrival time on the product's detail page. Just click on Estimate Arrival Time near the top of the page. You can also see estimates on the multiple-product listing pages. Click on Check Shipping & Availability, then Estimate Arrival Time." This information is also echoed in your order confirmation page so you can have all the estimated times right there in one place.
