I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tablet online 3 weeks ago because it included the "Samsung-Keyboard Dock for Samsung Galaxy Tab" ($80). It (the keyboard) was promised to be sent to my house as it was not in any local stores available for pickup. I received a couple of emails over the next week and a half stating that the item was on backorder and would be sent as soon as available. I was okay with waiting for this item. Finally, last week, I got an email saying that the item was not going to be sent and the order for this item was to be cancelled. I immediately called Best Buy customer support and was told that the back order was going to be extended another 30 days (I have the email confirmation from them). Over the weekend I was contacted by Best Buy saying that the order was cancelled and I would not be able to get the item. I was told I could NOT have it shipped from another store, could NOT have it placed on Backorder, could NOT get it from another store where it was available by having someone else pick it up and ship it to me, and could NOT be refunded for the price of the keyboard, that was the reason I bought from Best Buy in the first place. My only option is to return the Tablet (that I now have configured the way I need it) for a refund of the entire purchase. What a hassle and deceptive practice. Is this really worth having disgruntled customers? I know the keyboard is available at other stores, other companies. Why am I being treated this way?
