Hello! I just bought a new Laptop last christmas, and it went with a free Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011 software...
The software is fully compatible with this computer, and I installed successfuly.
At the moment I put my Product Activation code in this program, I got an error.
The Product Activation Code has not been used previously since it was bought.
My laptop is a HP Pavilion dm4-1265dx SN:{removed per forum guidelines}
The Kaspersky Anti-Virus has this BBY Serial Number: {removed per forum guidelines}
For obvious reasons, I will not write my activation code here...
The message I got in the software windows is:
"License management.{removed per forum guidelines}
Subscription status will be defined later."
Please, help me!
I have messaged Kaspersky On-Line Support, but I have gotten no response, and I need to activate my software!
PS.: I can't call 1-888-BESTBUY Since I'm not in US right now.

They can only be reached by calling 1-888-BEST-BUY (1-888-237-8289) and must speak with you directly to make any modifications to your account.

I have the sasme issue sir!
My cousin bought a laptop from best buy just a month ago and gave it to me as a gift and it went with a free Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011 software. I'm not in the US 'cause I don't live there. I'm in south america.
I successfully installed the software, but when I put my Product Activation code in this program, I got the followin error "Subscription status will be defined later"
Why is this happening? isn't it supposed to work ok? why isn't just me the only one with this issue?
I feel really sad, because when my cousin bought this laptop and the free antivirus suscription everything was supposed to work, but since it doesn't....well you must know how I'm feeling right now.
I would like to know if you can help me. I have the client ID, the serial number, dates and every single digit you need me to provide.

Yes sir....I'm connected to internet while installing it. I activate the software with my serial number, but then I get an alert, it says "Subscription status will be defined later" and I can not update the program database becuase of this.

I realize this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but you will unfortunately need to contact our subscription software services team at 1-888-237-8289 for assistance with this issue – we aren’t able to provide technical or billing support for subscription services via e-mail or on this forum. Please also make sure to have a copy of the receipt or your contract number handy when you call! Our support reps will need this information to locate your account.
