I'm trying to order an HP TouchSmart 600-1055 and I keep getting a system error message when I try to add it to my cart. The timing couldn't have been more perfect because I NEEDED to order this today in order to ensure I get it BEFORE November 19th with standard shipping. I don't want to throw away more money on faster shipping. I can add other products to my cart but no Touch Screen PC's! What's going on and why is this happening now? The most bogus part of this is that this product is available online only so I can't go to the store and buy it on the spot. Aside from having to wait for this product to arrive, now I have to wait longer than I have to and risk not getting it before a crucial time. Fix the site please!

Well, I finally got to order my product today. I can only hope it arrives no later than November 20th. It would be nice if BB would give me faster shipping for the problem their site gave me, not being able to place an order due to system errors.

Usually it takes my items ordered from BB.com to arrive within 7 days of when I place my order. This was a huge factor in my worry over whether or not my new PC would arrive on time. I was ready to place my order to ensure it arrives on time, but then the error happened on the site. I understand that these things happen, but it was terrible to have happened specifically for the product I was going for. After all was said and done, I finally placed my order on Thursday and was amazed by the tracking info on Friday. The product had arrived in Chicago and was scheduled to arrive on Monday. The PC arrived as scheduled and I am very happy to have worried for nothing. This is the fastest I have received a package I ordered from BB.com.
