I ordered a camera from BestBuy.com for $179.99 and then saw it a few days later on BestBuy.com for $20 less. I called a day or two after that and requested a price match and was told that I could not have it because the sale was over and the camera was then back at its regular price. The next week (and the camera had still not been shipped) it was on sale again at BestBuy.com - this time for $30 less than I paid for it. I still could not get them to honor their guarantee even though I called while it was the sale was still on. When the camera arrived I took it to the local Best Buy store who had no problem at all refunding the price. They first offered to match the price and mentioned that they were aware that BestBuy.com gives customers a hard time and refuses to honor their price match guarantee. By this time I didn't want anything to do with Best Buy and bought the camera from another online retailer for $149.99

And you also know that Best Buy Corporate helps customers here one on one too right They don't give them a bad time, they turn bad apples into good ones It looks like you already pursued a resolution, but if you do decide to give Best Buy a chance again and need assistance, please don't hesitate to post here, these forums are here for you when you need them
