I pre-ordered Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood for xbox 360 on 10/26. The game released on 11/16. Release day came and went with no update as to my order status. I waited until the following weekend until I emailed Customer Service, assuming they were just falling behind with orders. I was told something along the lines of "We didn't anticipate having as many orders as we did, but it should be shipped out by Tuesday." This would have been 11/23.
That wouldnt have even been that bad, but then Tuesday came and went, and my order was still listed as "In process." I again waited until the weekend hoping my order would show up, but no such luck. I have since emailed Customer Service 2 times without a responce, and called in and got nothing but a run-around about why my order hasn't shipped.
It is now a MONTH after this game's release day, and nothing has changed. I still don't have my game, and the website still lists as "In process."
Yeah.. at this point.. NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE. Someone please help me with this..

Oddly enough.. I just got an email saying my order has shipped out. I'm sure its just coincedence that it shipped out right after I complained on the forum... ![]()

Well at least you got it shipped, I'm still waiting going on 3 weeks for the monitor for my computer package, I even went so far as to buy another so my mom would have her computer. Though after call calling CORP. I did manage to get the monitor for the same discounted price. But still I have to wait for the other monitor or break the package even though the one I bought local was the same one. Then if I want to trust Best Buy to credit me for the monitor and the subsequent $359.00 package breaking for returning it. I can not spend anymore money LOL. I think I'm just going to keep the extra discounted monitor rather than deal with BB charging and trying to get money back after all I have seen here, give to my brother for $95 not a bad present. What a hassle. I won't be doing this again, I had to do all the work, BB did nothing , tons of phone calls, emails, a call to CORP. on my dime is what it took, and even then its a major hassle. Yeah my business is done with Best Buy once I get this resolved.

Yeah.. thats not a good situation either.. anyone waiting 2+ weeks for something IN STOCK to ship out, and never seeing it update is just unacceptable.. I WAS a Premier Silver member at Best Buy, but I seriously doubt I'll be doing much more business here..
In fact.. Apparently Amazon.com is having a sale on AC: Brotherhood for much less than the $59.99 that I bought it for here.. and I guarantee if I order it today, I'll get it before/at the same time as the one I ordered through Best Buy. So... I may be ordering it through them and returning the copy I bought here.
