I've pre-ordered my CE Diablo III and the charge has been taken off my card twice and then recharged twice..Once it nearly made my account go negative because the charge was unexpected...What is the deal going on with that? Will it continue to happen and why is it happening?

Whenever an order is placed on BestBuy.com, a hold may be placed on the paying debit/credit card for the order total. These funds aren’t collected until the order has been fulfilled, but this may have an effect on your available credit in the interim. Holds are also temporary in nature, so they must be renewed periodically (typically every 7-8 calendar days). Once a hold has expired, it’s then the responsibility of the card’s issuing bank to remove it from the customer’s account. Many banks are able to do so within 2-5 business days, but some may require up to one full billing cycle.

So what happens if there isn't enough in the account to cover the charge since im not expecting it to reoccur over and over for the next month?My order gets cancelled and I get an overdraft charge from my bank?

If we're unable to renew an authorization, we generally attempt to renew it a second time 2-3 calendar days later. If we're unable to do so at that time (i.e. if the card's issuing bank reports that sufficient funds are not available), that order is cancelled. For information regarding your bank's fee policies, you'll want to contact that company.
