I signed up for a new Sprint family plan and ported all the numbers from my existing AT&T family plan onto the new account. Before signing up with Sprint I had AT&T schedule my account for termination after this current billing cycle. Could this be causing my order to be delayed? On the bestbuy.com "Order Status" screen it still says "In Process" and it has been two days since I placed the order.

Thanks for the post about placing a BestBuy.com order to switch to Sprint!
When porting between carriers, it is the actual port request that cancels the old account and plan. You don't want to initiate cancellation prior to porting, or the phone number will no longer be available to port.
That's not the issue with your order, however. The order is currently held due to a technical issue with our order system. Our system teams are working to correct it immediately. I will keep any eye on your order and update you with any progress.
I'd suggest make sure your plan won't cancel. Once the system issue is corrected on our side, the port request will be initiated so your current account will still need to be open and active.

What is the ETA on the fix? It's already been 4 days and my order status is still in process.
