Management better tell people answering the phone not to tell people its in today's order we haven't processed yet. Then customer service tells you UPS has it. Yet, when Bestbuy.com comes back on line. It hasn't been processed. Did I mention then took my money 7 days ago. Even Walmart doesn't take money for things that haven't shipped. You get partial they charge partial. I worked in retail for a long time. This company has no business going on line orders. Three days after my order the store had item on shelf and wouldn't give it to my husband had to wait for order. Yet everytime he calls to check on it they want us to go forty minutes away to get one. Yet the store we chose is three minutes from my house. .DONT ORDER ON LINE THEY CANT HANDLE IT. Dont sell what you can deliver.
Game stop and Targetm Walmart are close too. I will shop there on line from now on.
