So I have now put an order in 8 times to add to a pitchin card. All of them have been cancelled. I've spent over 2 hours on the phone with Best buy and the Pitch in card people to try and resolve this. Apparently No one can figure it out. I've received the excuse that gift cards cannot be used for pitch in cards to you need to talk to the pitch in card people( who then tell me to talk to the best buy people).
The sad part is I've done this a half dozen times before. Why is this so difficult and why are your people not trained on how to do this properly? The last customer service person told me they were manually cancelled meaning someone is CHOOSING to cancel these orders.
In regards to the cancel info of not being able to verify my info... It's my card. These and the prior purchases were all done on the account that is tied to this card. So there is no reason for it to be cancelled.
Any help there?

Anaom,
As I mentioned via private message, contributions to Pitch In cards are subject to the same restrictions as any other BestBuy.com order. If we are unable to verify any of the information provided at the time of checkout - or if a discrepancy is reported to us by the gift card issuer - then we reserve the right to cancel that order. Again, for more information I'd encourage you to review our Conditions of Use:
Thank you for taking the time to post.

So that still doesn't answer the question or offer any type of solution. No one has contacted me stating that they suspect fraud. I understand its a real issue today but at least contact me to resolve it. The solution to just keep rejecting it without explanation blows my mind.
Hopefully I have a more concrete answer today.

I have banged my head against this wall several times but they just do not care. All they will tell you is to find a different way of making contribution to that Pitch In card.
I even have not received my Pitch In card yet even after ordering it 2-3 weeks back.

Honestly I regret going that way. Because now I am even worried if I am gonna get a actual card or not. And I have $175 on it which so far I am not able to even use because I dun have card.
