Hi,
I have tried to contribute a 25 dollars gift card to my pitch in card twice without any success. The order takes like 24 hours to be confirmed and then I get this message the order has been canceled because we were unable to verify your information which is really frustrating. I don't know what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
