I recently bought a lifeproof iphone case in-store. I've enjoyed it for the most part so far, but have noticed that there is a problem with dust and jean lint from my pocket getting in the case somehow. I'm assuming there is some defect with the case I bought since my friends who have also bought the case don't seem to have any problems. The problem with this is that i don't want to take it apart to clean it every other day since it says on the sight, that the case is not meant to be taken apart very often. There is also a problem with oil spots appearing between the screen of my phone and the cases screen protector, which I'm not sure i common with the cae or not. I'm wondering if I'm able to take it back to the store and trade it in for another of the same case to hopefully fix the problem, or if I have to go thrue lifeproof itself. I'm not even sure if this is where I should post this, any help?

Hello iJosh,
I see that you just purchased this item, so you're well within the 30 day return policy and although I cannot see the item, I would recommend that you bring your purchase receipt, along with your item and valid photo ID to the store for further assistance. Bear in mind, they'll have to inspect your phone case and depending on what they see, will determine whether they can exchange it for you, or if you'll have to contact the manufacturer for further assistance.
All the best,
