I paid for expedited shipping but Got ground (4 days ground!) and when I emailed bestbuy, I never got a reply.

I am sorry to hear that your order wasn’t shipped with the expedited shipping, which was what you were expecting.  Generally speaking, if an order is selected for expedited shipping, it should have gone through, but I’d like to take a look into it for you so I can do my best to help.
