I ordered a couple of PSN network cards and got them right away on march 24, 25 and 27, and all completed succesfully.

I wanted to buy more on 28-29-30-31 and all orders get canceled. Is there any restriction on my account? I even called customer support and they were not able to help me, they said as its a virtual item, it has to be purchased from my account, which is exactly what im doing. I dont know what to do, I´ve spent thousands of dollars on the website before without any problem.
