PSN card

Hello,

I placed an order yesterday for a US$ 50.00 PSN card and still haven't received the email with the code.

I checked today and my credit card WAS billed.

Can you check what's wrong, please?

Thank you,

Eduardo

Re: PSN card

Are you paying for the order with an international credit card? If so, that is why it isn't going through as they no longer allow you to do that. Your card was most likely not charged, just authorized so far, unless the order has gone through and is just taking some time if you didn't use an international card.

Re: PSN card

Hi Eduardo_MS,

Thanks for posting again!

I did locate your order using the email address that you registered on the forums and I resent the email. It should be in your mailbox in about 15 to 45 minutes.  If you don’t see it by then, please let me know by sending me a private message via the link in my signature.

Thanks so much,

Re: PSN card

Got the code today and it worked fine, thanks Sean.

Regarding international credit cards: according to Sean (from Best Buy) the restriction exists but only applies to iTunes digital downloads.

PSN cards can be bought with international CCs without any problems.

[ Edited ]

I got my info directly from Aaron-GS who said in another thread:

"BestBuy.com does not accept international credit cards as payment for digital content (ex: iTunes, PSN and Xbox Live codes), so this may explain why you’re encountering difficulties placing an order. It’s also possible that you may be unable to complete your order if specific instructions aren’t followed at the time of checkout:

That being said, you may wish to contact our support team at 001-612-292-0995 (updated August 2012) for additional information if you haven’t already done so. I have confidence that a phone rep will be able to guide you through the ordering process, as well as answer any questions you may have regarding payment options.
