I picked up an order nearly two weeks ago and every day since then I have received the "How was your store pickup experience?" email. I filled out the survey, but every morning, there it is again. Online ordering paired with in-store pickup is by far my favorite way to purchase, but this is driving me nuts. I've contacted customer *cough* service and they assured me that they took me off. No dice.

I apologized if you’ve been bombarded by emails. This is the first time I’ve heard of anyone getting surveys every day – I don’t blame you for wanting off the list! It can take up to ten business days for a request to end emails to process, but I would be glad to take a look and see what’s going on. I’ve sent you a private message with a request for more information. You can check your private messages once you’re logged into the forums by selecting the envelope icon in the upper right corner of the page.

I am having the same problem. I have called customer service and they are unable to help me.
Any help would be appriciated. I really do not want to add Best Buy to my spam filter.
