Would you consider PC Memory software?  Software is a term used to describe programs such as Microsoft Office, Windows 7, and Disney's My Little Pony Design Studio 2.  PC Memory, which is a physical piece of hardware, would be classified as hardware, not software.

Sorry that I wasn't clear in my answer.  I was trying to hint that since it is a piece of hardware, that it would fall under the hardware category of the return policy.

 

All you need is your receipt and an ID and bring the memory to the Customer Service desk for a return/exchange.
