I bought the Logitech G9 laser mouse on 8/1 and was informed today that it was back-ordered. When i purchased the item, there were no signs or print addressing that it was not in stock. I don't mind waiting a week, but will it get restocked even if it's an outlet item? Will I receive my item?

ChaosAlloy,
We do have an open purchase order for this item so we do expect more. But, we are at the mercy of the manufacturer. I have reached out to see if we can get more information on when, if at all, this item will be available for shipping. Until then, we have marked it as sold out on our website.
You should hear from me either Wednesday or Thursday with more information.
Regards,

Thank you so much for looking into this! I too ordered one of the Logitech G9 gaming mice (because who can pass up that good of a deal?) And now I see that it is marked as "Sold Out" I appreciate that it was looked into in a timely fashion by your staff.
I'm just kinda worried that Best Buy won't get anymore because Logitech has already started selling its successor, the G9x.
I'm going to wait a little longer to see if the products come in because I'm not in a huge hurry, and then I'll decide what I'm going to do, but in general how do you guys handle situations such as these? Do you typically just offer refunds or do you offer a similar product to replace the out of stock one?
Thank you again!
Rob
