On my paypal it says the order is still pending when I ordered these headphones on the 2nd. Tracked order on Best buy only to find it still processing in the warehouse. What is the point of paying for 2 day shipping when it hasn't even been shipped out after 3 days?

When they do ship it, they will use a faster shipping option...
This is why I don't pay for express shipping from anywhere. Express shipping charges rarely, if ever, speed up the processing period. If it's a fast processing time, it's nice. If not, it really leaves a sour taste in your mouth, like the money was wasted...

Called in two days ago. Customer Service rep tells me the item has been shipped, but doesn't know why it's not showing up for me. The following day I call customer service again and they tell me the order hasn't been shipped and that they are out of the item. Since it is a "specialty item" it comes directly from the manufacturer and she said since I live in Alaska it can take up to 45 DAYS to recieve it. That is outragous, so I asked for her to just cancel my order, which she cannot do either. So now I've payed 100 dollars plus expedited shipping for an item that is going to take up to 45 DAYS to recieve. Good job Best Buy

I'm sorry to hear that and can understand why you would be feeling frustrated. If you'd like to cancel your order, I'll be happy to try and cancel it.
