I have screenshots of the offer. I even called and confirmed that installation was included. Unfortunately, when the delivery guys came today, they refused to install.
I'm completely drained from frustration as a result of this purchase. I had to call customer service multiple times to even confirm delivery (no one from the delivery company contacted me at all before they suddenly arrived tonight).
I'm not on hold once again right now to figure out installation. I'm afraid I will be denied the free installation. That sound like bait & switch to anyone else?

I just called 888-BestBuy and after some time waiting, I was able to speak with Amanda from the "Backend Office." Amanda told me she could order installation for me at the rate of $150. When I explained I should receive free installation, she said Supervisor Chuck said that I could not be given free installation. I then asked to speak with Chuck.
Chuck said the free install offer was something numerous customers have been calling and complaining about since they are not receiving free installs. He said their department knew nothing about the free install offer and that they were "investigating" the "known issue."
Chuck suggested to me that I take my screenshots to a local Best Buy store and have them arrange for a free install. When I told Chuck that the store would not deal with my order since my order was made online, he hung up on me.
Let this serve as a warning for everyone who decides to purchase from bestbuy.com.

Bestbuy.com assistance was a total failure today, but we ended up finding a customer service rep at the local Best Buy store to override the system for us - no questions asked.
Consider this a warning to everyone: don't order stuff online if you can help it.

I am experiencing the exact same problem! I'm on the phone with customer support. Could you share those screenshots? It woud give all of us some leverage in working this problem out.

For anybody else who gets stuck on this. Here is the black friday ad best buy delivered in the papers. On page 18, it clearly shows free installation.
