Hey, I need help from anyone who knows what might be going on. My order was made with a couple other items. However, the others made it here within a week. The ukulele has been on "backorder" for about two weeks now and I don't know if that means it will be coming soon or not at all. When I ordered the item it said it was available and it even gave me a date of delivery before the other items. Can someone explain what I should do? I'm getting anxious. Oh and when it is on backorder, they say that you will get an email telling you how long it will be, no. I haven't received one at all!

On occasion, BestBuy.com will ship items separately, depending on a number of things. Sometimes it might be an availability issue or it could be that it’s coming from another location.
