I order RCA-22" Class / 1080p / 60Hz / LCD HDTV-22LA45RQ Model Number: 22LA45RQ for my granddaughters bedroom. I ordered on line because I live in a differed state.
When I placed the order 03/31/2012 the site stated it was in stock and allowed me to choose the expedited delivery at a charge of $18.50 extra stating the estimated deliver would be on 04/04/2012. I paid for expedited delivery even though it stated the estimated delivery would be delivered before 04/08/2012 as I wanted to be sure she received it in time for her birthday on 04/08/2012. I had been to the local Best Buy where the TV was in stock and I choose to order on line so I did not have to worry about packing and shipping myself. What a miserable mistake!
On 04/04/2012 I went online to check the order status to see if it had been delivered, the only information I received was the following message: "Order in process of being fulfilled. Estimated arrival date: 04/03/2012 - 04/04/2012".
I called and spoke with Tamika on 04/06/2012 at 5:15pm who was no help. I called on 04/06/2012 at 7:73pm and spoke with Rebecca who was no help and rude. The I called back and spoke to Tracy on 04/06/2012 at 7:39, She gave great Customer service, but in the end unable to resolve the issue. I called again today 04/13/2012 and spoke to Rebecca at 4:53pm stating I wanted to cancel the order as I was flying up to my granddaughter's and we would just go buy the TV while I was there. She stated she couldn't cancel the order. Transferred me to her supervisor Greg at 4:58 who stated it would take 4-5 days to get my request to the department that might be able to cancel my order. But no guarantee it would be cancelled.
The policy states: "Items cannot be canceled if they have already been processed for shipping, home delivery or store pickup".
According to everyone I have spoken too MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED FOR SHIPPING!
It is now on backorder!
So why is Best Buy keeping my money?? The $201.68 is not enough to keep them from closing any stores or slashing employees both already slated to go done according to the news.
Is this customer Service? I paid through Papal and I want the money returned to papal or me directly immediately.
Paypal shows: BestBuy.com (The recipient of this payment is Verified).

I received the followiing message in my email today: However I do not have any pending credits showing for either my bank account or in my PayPal account..

I hope this finds you doing well and having a great day. Thank you for your patience with us and I am sorry for the delay in my response.
I can certainly understand your frustration with this order and I know I would be upset as well if I were in your shoes. I was able to pull up this order using your email address and I see that it has been canceled as 4/16/12. Have you since been able to get the refund to your PayPal account? If not let me know so I can partner with our contacts to see what the holdup is on that.
