Hi,
I ordered ({removed per forum guidelines}) 2x $50 Playstation card codes (Model: PS3-SUB-50, SKU: 1415688) but only got one code.
Been on the phone for three and a half hours already with support. Transferred countless of times to many departments. Even got transferred to Digital River. No one was able to help me. It was very frustrating and tiring.
What can I do? Can someone help me?

Thank you for responding. Your understanding is correct; only one of the two codes $50 PlayStation Network codes has been sent to me. I am glad you are researching this matter, and would definitely appreciate it if you would give me feedback upon reaching resolution.

I believe you and I received the same email, from customercare@BestBuy.com. I am working with another team to see if we have another answer. It doesn’t make sense for you to contact Sony, when you did not receive the code.
I will continue to seek a solution for your frustration.

Hi Karina,
I agree with you that there is nothing Sony can do at this point since I ordered was charged for two codes from Best Buy, but got only sent one.
I will wait for more updates from you. I hope we resolve this issue soon.
What boggles me is that why does not best buy have a record of the codes sent? If you can check this it would be immediately apparent that only one has been dispatched instead of two.

I was advice, that during the time you placed the order, there was a backend error that only allowed one code per purchase. I have gone ahead, and placed a credit on your account for the code you did not receive.
