Ive bought a few things from best buy online and never had any issues now this time its taking very long and im getting very upset with best buy. I ordered some ram on 4/3 and still have not seen it ship my order is still in the warehouse the warehouse cannot be that big. Would like some explaining from BB

I placed my order on 3/19 and they haven't found my item in the warehouse yet. I did post earlier under "Order System Broken." You probably went through something similar. I did however get a response to my post 3 days later from the social network team saying someone will be contacting me. No explanations yet. Big warehouse? Broken System? Common problem? Isolated incident?
We just need them to make this bad situation right by expediting delivery, offering customer a way to return for a better experience and fixing whatever is wrong so other customers don't have to go thru the same thing. Some true customer service is all we are asking for.

So i call today to just get tranfered 2 times and hung up on while tranfering both times. I could have just ordered this from staples.com for the same price and picked it up in store 3-5 days later not waiting 10 days for a simple item to ship.... If best buy doesent contact me within the end of tonight I will be calling bank of america and filing a report with them about the money being taken from my account and not getting my product also contacting upper managment at best buy since my item said it would leave the warehouse in 1 day and i would recieve it tomorrow and the item has still yet to be shipped whats up with that best buy. How come your store employees are so nice but online and ordering online is so bad?
