I ordered an MP3 player on 12/1 and the shipping address was not correct. It was missing the suite number to my order. I went online after realizing the error and updated the address. I sent an email to Best Buy asking that the suite number be added. I only recieved the automated response email to my submission. No one ever contacted me about my order or followed up. I waited until Monday to see the status of my order as it was sent out by UPS. I found the tracking information and tried to contact UPS about my shipment without any success. During this time I tried cotacting Best Buy and UPS about the shipment and NO ONE responded to anything I sent. I called 2 days ago and was told my issue would be expedited adn I would hear back from someone. I still have not recieved any communciaiton and the package was delivered in conjuction with USPS and it shows it was returned. I just want to know how I can go about getting my package. I would appreciate someone contacting me or actually replying to my request. I bought this MP3 for my daughter for Christmas.
