Orderd online yesterday and did an instore pickup today. I need to print a receipt to get reimbursed from work but the check order status page says my last name is incorrect. Any advice would be appreciated.

There wouldn’t be a way to change the name on the order at this time. I would suggest if your work won’t accept that receipt, to partner with your local store to have an “exchange” done so you can provide them with a store receipt. Additionally I have updated your name in our system here, but it could take some time to reflect on BestBuy.com. If you plan on placing any more orders I would encourage you to double check the name on the order to ensure the accuracy.
