I have never had such a crappy customer service experience as with bestbuy.com. My package was supposed to be at my front door and that was 1/11/12. It is 2/14/12. I called twice and was told it would be investigated in a couple few days. These jokers at bestbuy.com will NEVER get my business again. I hope they learn SOMETHING from amazon.com where I will buy my electronics there from now on...

BestBuy.com tries to estimate delivery times based on product availability and standard shipping time frames, however sometimes these estimates may be off. This is certainly something that should get looked into it and I’d like to look into this by sending a private message.
