Order problems...phone support is no help.

I placed an order on 3/8 for an ITunes Code with digital delivery and I used a Reward Certificate for payment.  I received an order confirmation at 3:49 p.m. and that same night at 1:53 a.m. I got an email saying my order was canceled because Best Buy was unable to confirm my information.  It said my Reward Certificate would be reinstated within 14-17 days, which I thought was a long time but better than losing it.  I attempted to contact Best Buy as soon as the order was cancelled and was bounced around and placed on hold for long periods of time.  Nothing was accomplished by my several phone calls.  Now it has been over a month and I have no ITunes code and no Reward Certificate.  This is my last resort to get the situation rectified, I'm really not sure what else I can do.

Hi Mullhar,

 

I appreciate you taking some time to reach out to us on the forums about your order and how you still haven’t seen your Reward Zone certificates returned to you.  I’d be frustrated as well if I was waiting that long to see the certificates returned to me.
