Order no longer listed online!

I placed an order a few days ago and have been tracking since, but when I got home from work tonight and checked my account on bestbuy.com it shows no orders at all from the past year. Are there problems with the site or what?

Hi stabwest13,

 

Thanks for posting on the forums about how your order history didn’t show up on BestBuy.com when you checked it recently.  Normally speaking, it should give you a list of orders and if you have bought other items with us on BestBuy.com, it should have been up on there.

 

Using the email address that you registered with the forums, I did find the most recent order you made, however I don’t see anything prior to that.  If you only placed the one order and you just were unable to see that one, then it could possibly be a temporary issue with the site and it may eventually pull up on your account.  If however you’ve placed other orders in the past and those aren’t showing up, then there might be another issue.

 

Have you changed your email address recently?  Most orders are tied to email addresses so that could be it.  Otherwise, I will be making sure that your inability to see the orders is being forwarded along here in our corporate office.
