Order is still being processed

I bought Call of Duty 2 for PC digital download a few hours ago, and the confirmation email said it would be ready to download in minutes, but the order is still being processed. When will I be able to download, there's no reason this should be still being processed for a digital download

It can take up to 72 hours because of payment verification delays.

I'm sorry about the delays you experienced with your download of Call of Duty 2. We really try to make these orders process as fast as possible, but sometimes delays can occur. CrystalWoW is correct about payment verification delays, but in my experience it does not necessarily take the entire 72 hours.

It has been a few days since your last post, have you been able to download the game? If not, please get back to me and I will look into whatever options we might have to get this fixed. Thanks for posting!
