Hey,

Well I ordered a laptop on Cyber Monday, (11/28/11) And it said that it usually ships 0-1 days. I keep checking everyday and it says the same thing, anyone know what to do? Please help, this is real frustrating, -.-

I feel your pain I too placed a order on 11/28 for a mini laptop that was in stock and said would ship in 0-1 days .. Still in process I've called CS only to get hung up on once and transferred to a number that I needed a special code to get to.. Of course it disconnected me minutes later.. Calling my third time I talked to a CS agent only to get asked it should arrive by the 10th..Way Unacceptable Talk about False advertisement.. I guess they are making so much that they don't want repeat business... I was able to get them to send me a 20 dollar gift certificate for their false claims but that may take a month to get... but I waited on hold for 40 minutes and 34 sec

Yeah I placed my order Monday, it still has not shipped. I sent messages and called, still NOTHING. I can't believe they think this in good service!

i orderd 2 games, both of witch are instock, and mine has been saying the same thing.. since 11/24. i know their busy, but if its going to take longer than the 0-1 days, they AT LEAST need to let us know up front. i wouldnt mind waiting if i JUST KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON. i did get my "were putting our fininshing touches" email on the 30th. so maybe it shipped already? but it doesnt say anything about it shipping on their site..  i just want to know whats going on...

I really think they don't have any of the items and they are not telling us. I looked up my item today and it said it is not avaibale for shipping now. It also is not at any store in the state that I live it. I completely agree it would be nice, if someone would just answer us

Yeah, because I looked up mine and it says "Not available for shipping," but I can do a store pick up. It would be better service if they actually told us what is going on, other than ignoring.
