I ordered 2 diferent items from bb online. It says takes 0 - 1 days to ship. It's been a week and it still says processing. Forget contacting customer service via e-mail (you get a form letter) or via phone, as they put you on hold forever and then disconnect you while your waiting. Don't even try to ask for a supervisor bc they will tell you they are working from home and can't get in touch with one. If I would have known what a hassle this was going to be I would have shopped elsewhere.

Sad to say I'm in the same boat. 0-1 shipping. 5 days later I find no tracking number. The phone system is the worst I've seen, you enter your order number and either get prompted for it again repeatedly or the system hangs up on you. Finally got to a person that informed me that the supposedly IN STOCK item was backordered. Apparently ALL items that BB sells is backordered. 5 days and no tracking number. She said it would be sometime before Christmas. Great. It's not a Christmas present. It's a monitor to add to my laptop so I can get more work done.

I have been waiting one month. The product is in the warehouse twenty miles down the road and has been there since I ordered! I think the delivery turtle got run over! Never do this again.

I even asked the cs rep (Mel) why they didn't have it mentioned anywhere that it would take more than 0 - 1 days to get this shipped and his reply was" Do you really expect BB to update the website during peak times?" My reply was that if they can update the whole site every week for their sales then it should not be too hard to put an asterix next to the "ships within 0 - 1 days". He actually said that, that was not possible. What's even worse is that the nearest BB is an hour away from me, and I rarely get out that way so I am stuck buying online. I need this 2 tb external drive as a back up for my system. I do know that I will be doing the rest of my christmas shopping elsewhere, and will be letting everyone I know how how to do the same. Who needs this stress? I think the Holidays are stressful enough, especially with the economy etc.

Well, I just filed a complaint to the BBB for all the good it will do. I might fill with the FTC but they've never fixed any of my other problems. If they don't have these items in stock then they should state it on the website. Other vendors do. There are plenty of vendors that list OUT OF STOCK when it not available.

After reading the many complaints on this forum on the lack of customer service, the blatant lies about shipping etc, I find that the only way to get an answer is to either threaten to report BB to the BBB or actually do it. I will give BB the benefit of the doubt (once again, I must be a glutton for punishment) and wait until tomorrow to contact the BBB.
