Happy New Year to all former (like me) and soon to be former, Best Lie customers. Quick update, it has now officially been a month and still no resolution to any of my problems. By the way "they are looking into it and will contact you as soon as possible" means don't hold your breath.

I've been waiting for my product since November 28th. If you have time have a look at my posts at "Lost (Stolen) Package". Best Buy has lost all my business. They are not the only game in town.
