Order in Process, issues with Camera Promotion

Count me among those who are waiting for an order that seems to be stuck in limbo.  One wonders if Best Buy should hire more seasonal workers, or add some kind of disclaimer on their website that ITEMS MAY TAKE ADDITIONAL DAYS DUE TO HIGH VOLUME.  Do I get my money back if the product isn't received by Christmas?  That's another current promotion of theirs. 

 

I'm a Premier Silver member, and have purchased quite a lot from Bestbuy.com over the years, and this is an incredible disappointment.  The camera that I purchased on 11/27 is a Graduation Gift, and now it seems like I may never receive it in time.

 

I was also interested in the Free SD Card and Camera Case that was promised, but never appeared in my cart.  I purchased an additional card with the order, but that does not negate the fact that from what I've seen - Best Buy has a serious promotion issue on top of their shipment issues.

 

Shame on you, Best Buy.  The lack of customer service I've seen on this forum and Facebook alone make me doubt my original high opinion of your company.

My items did ship, but I'm still concerned about the promotional items that were supposed to come with it: the camera case and SD card.  I would call in, but it seems like your systems are being overwhelmed and calls are dropping.  Can one of the mods help me out here with some information?
