Hi,
I placed two separate orders for $100 itunes gift card (digital delivery) on
Apr 10, 2012. I paid with my paypal account. The first order was processed within an hour or so, but the second one got stuck on processing. A couple of days later it has disappeared from my "Order Status" page and paypal lists the transaction as "Pending". Unfortunately I didn't print a hardcopy of the order confirmation so I don't have the BB-order no#, I only have the Paypal transaction. If BB is not going to fulfill my second order I really do not want to pay for it and since I paid with paypal, the process can drag out.
What should I do?

If a BestBuy.com order number wasn't generated for your second order (i.e. the order wasn't completed), then the second transaction listed on your PayPal account is a temporary authorization and not an actual charge. Most banks are able to remove these holds within 2-5 business days, but the exact timeframe required varies by financial institution. If you haven't already done so, I'd encourage you to contact PayPal's customer service hotline for additional information.
