Order cancelled

Hello

I ordered Sony vaio laptop on 24th of January. The laptop i ordered is out of stock and asked me to wait for 1-2 week that's why I cancelled because i don't want to wait. Now i want to refund my money back to my visa card. I asked the bank to refund my card as soon as possible and they asked me to wait for another 2 week or u have to contact best buy to quicken the process. What should i have to do now ?

I hope u understood what i wrote  sorry for my bad English

They said if bestbuy send request or contact whit the bank they can fasten the process

Hi manlai,

 

I appreciate you taking time to post on the forums about your order that you cancelled and still haven’t seen your refund come back to your account.  I’d be upset as well I didn’t see my money return, when I cancelled the order relatively soon after the initial purchase.

 

Using the email address that you registered on the forums, I was able to locate your order.  It looks like Best Buy only authorized the purchase and never charged.  Unfortunately, we wouldn’t have a means of expediting the process any further, since authorization holds need to be released by your bank.  Each bank has its own time frame in which they will automatically drop authorizations.  This can be as soon as a few days or possibly later than a few days.  If you still haven’t seen the authorization drop, I would recommend continuing to work with your bank and ask them to drop the authorization since the order has been cancelled for about five days now.

i'm thinking u misunderstood me 

I contacted whit my bank and they asked me to ask bestbuy to contact whit my bank and they can fasten the process.

Btw i got my money back.   Sorry for my bad english
