I am SO disappointed with Best Buy. I ordered some products online and paid with my Best Buy credit card. Later that day I found a better deal and cancelled my order. I received my confirmation that I cancelled my order and my payment would be credited back to my account. 2 weeks later, my credit card balance still shows I have been charged but the charge doesn't show on any transactions. I have e-mailed customer service twice with no answer.... I am not able to call as I am in Germany.
I will continue to fight with Best Buy, but I will not buy anything else from them online until this is resolved.

I appreciate you taking the time to post on the forums about the issue you have been going through about the order you cancelled. I know I’d be frustrated if two weeks had passed and I still didn’t see my money refunded.
Generally speaking, we usually only put an authorization on credit card and don’t charge account until it has been either shipped or picked up. Authorizations usually drop off accounts within a certain time frame, but I’d like to look into this and verify it for you. I will be sending you a private message with some more details.
