Hello. Welcome to the forums.
If you could provide more detail as to what you ordered other people like myself can usually look up the product and determine what the hold-up is. I could guess that it is something not at Best Buy's warehouse and that it needs to be ordered from the manufacturer. This would be why it is only "order received" and not "in processing" or anything else at this point.
The pre-authorization is computer-driven, and happens almost automatically. The actual charge doesn't occur until the item ships to you.

I’m not sure why this order took so long to process, and I truly am sorry if this didn’t meet your expectations of us. I did look at your order today, and it looks like this has now gone through. I show this computer has shipped, and is scheduled to be delivered by UPS tomorrow 2/20/2013. Let me know if you need anything additional.
