Hello, My name is Daniel. R! Also, I was concerned. I had ordered Old Republic Collection Edition by registered pre-order in store, got  receipt after that. I went to check Order status, it said i haven't order any. I am little confused with Pre-order and in store pre-order is it different? Do i just have to bring receipt with id to Best buy by on 12/20, that it? I would be thankful if i get some helpful infomation here, Thanks for your time to read this. =)

Thank you for posting about some confusion with your SWTOR preorder. I'm happy to shed some light on the situation.

I was able to pull up some information with the email listed in your forum profile. It looks like there was a preorder on 11.08.11 for a standard edition, and a preorder for a CE on 12.1.11. These two orders will hold your copy of SWTOR when the game releases at the Salem store.

I'm a bit confused when you say you went to check your order status. Did you also make a preorder online? If so, please send me your order number via private message and I can look into it. Bestbuy.com orders start with BBY01 - and a long string of numbers. To send a private message, just click on the little envelope in my signature.
