Yesterday I ordered 2 items for online for instore pickup and recieved only one email response at 7:30 am.
"Thank you! We've received your order and are working to get it ready. See your order status.
don't go to the store yet.
You'll receive another e-mail when
your order is ready for pickup. It usually takes less than 45 minutes.

24 Hours later still no response to the order, I had been to the store the day of the order and they had plenty in stock.
But could not fill the order because they have never recieved the order to fill.
Today I called customer service he stated the computer shows they have none in stock.
I told them they have plenty in stock.
He then called the store in question and found the store had 144 of the first item and 20 of the second item in stock,
But they only thing he could do was cancel the order and the store would take care of the certificates (apparantly he and the store clerk he talked to are unaware the the certificates would be available to 3-5 days).
I would not have let hiim do this if I had known the $70 in reward certificates would not be available for 3-5 days.
one of these Items is/was part of your 3 day sale ending today if I am correct.
Worst of this is listening to your advertisments while on hold stating "Order online for in store pick up and pick it up the same day"
I suggest changing to this "Order online for in store pick up and pick it up the same day, but not likely" Even the service desk rep. I talk to the day before said it was normal to take 24 hours before confirmation that the order would be ready.

The ability to pick up in store is a huge benefit to the customer who doesn’t have a lot of time to shop. I’ve used it myself and I love it. I am sorry to hear that your order didn’t go through to the store.
