On 12/15 I rcvd email cancelling the camera I ordered on Black Friday. Discovered my acct was charged for the camera the same day ($53.24) plus an add'l $219.29.
Order # {removed per forum guidelines}
I called and was given a case # and told that it would be a week before BB could get around to fixing the $272 mistake.
That's going to make it difficult this christmas, especially after BB has wiped out my christmas funds.
Seems I would have been offered an alternate camera. Instead I was (punished..?)
That's what it feels like.
