I ordered the wrong denomination of itunes gift cards from Bestbuy.com and quickly cancelled the order. I paid for them with my rewards zone gift certificate and a best buy gift card. After cancelling the order, I received an email stating that the original amount was credited back to my card. However, when I try to re-use the card, it gives a zero balance. Can someone please help? I am trying to complete the correct purchase in time for Christmas but can't use my gift card.
