I am starting to have very little faith with any order I place with you guys. I ordered a Blu-Ray and I was very unsatisfied with the product I received. First, the plastic covering over the prouct was already opened, it slipped right off. It wasnt sealed at the bottom. Second. the slip cover showed a lot of signs of wear, dented in on several locations, scratches and what not. This is understandable to a degree. Items get damaged in shipping, it happens. You assume that risk when you order online. However, the product inside the case shouldnt be damaged. The paper insert inside that contains the episode listing was dented as well, as if it was just shoved in there. Given all of this evidence, it can only be concluded that I recieved a previously owned/returned product. This is not what I paid for, I paid for a new copy. Best Buy use to be my go to when it came to purchasing major electronics and dvds/blu-rays. Best Buy no longer is the best deal around and I simply can not trust Best Buy any longer when it is sending me pre owned products when that was not what I purchased.
