I have recently made a purchase online with my gift card and my debit card, well best buy cannot find my order anywhere and now they have stole 250 dollars from my gift card since after the purchase the balance it's 0. i have never dealt with such INEPT people in my life, either that or they just don't want to help you. To my horror i just discovered that this has happened a lot since there is lots of complaints about Best Buy losing orders and keeping peoples money. What a horrible experience i will be telling everybody about this. Not one person from best buy have called me, you do everything through emails which we know delays things more. Best Buy you just stole money from me!!!!

Sorry about the $250. Best Buy lost a $2,100 IMAC that I ordered, and 3 weeks later still can't tell me what they are going to do about it. Talk about customer serice. I sent emails, phoned and finally emailed the entire executive list. Maybe they can get something done.
