I'm annoyed. I get a digital camera that is not what I need and want to exchange it. I find the perfect camera online, and go to the store only to find I can only order it online. No problem. I get my Best Buy gift card for the product I'm returning, drive home and order online. I want to pick up the camera in the store to avoid shipping charges. That's NOT POSSIBLE. So why do they make the option available on the website? Good question? Guess they like yanking my cord!!! I find out I can get the camera cheaper on Ebay - with FREE shipping! Oh shoot! I'M STUCK WITH A BEST BUY GIFT CARD! So I guess I'm paying more, AND can't avoid paying shipping. I'm screwed! Thanks Best Buy! Guess Next Year I'll tell everyone to buy my gifts somewhere else!!!

I am sorry that you were not able to find the product of interest at your local Best Buy® store. I can understand that it was a huge disappointment when you realize that there was a shipping charge for the camera, that was shipped to the store not your home.
