I'm an international shopper, i made online shop, for and few minutes the order was accepted recibe the email whit the confirmation and few minutes latter, recibe a email tell me the order was cancel because my info couldn't be verify, i call 2 times to Costumer care, first time drop the call, second the representative toldme is because BBY cant charge on the credit card, i call the bank and told me the charge was allready made and give the me confirmation number. i call again to costumer care and the representative put me on hold, and 5 minutes latter drop my call, I spend 3 hrs to make the shop, i cant belive all this issues whit bestbuy... I still have the charge on the credit card and the order cancelled mail... i need help what can i do, each international call to USA, is expensive...

I am so sorry to hear about the experience you have been through trying to purchase an item on BestBuy.com. I can only imagine how upsetting it would be to see a charge on my account when my order was already cancelled.
Using the email address that you registered on the forums, I was able to locate the order. It looks like the order was only authorized and never fully charged. Best Buy doesn’t generally charge your order until it has been shipped or picked up. In this case the order cancelled before it could ship, which is why it never fully charged.
If your account was only authorized, it would fall off in a time frame determined by your bank. This time frame can vary depending on your bank, however if you don’t see it removed within a few days, I would advise contacting your bank and asking them to remove the authorization. Unfortunately Best Buy is unable to remove authorizations. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused you and if you have any questions, please let me know.

Same issue....and your guys' phone costumer service is awful.
